- 10 ton hydraulic press
- 10 ton hydraulic jack was used
- 100 bar gauge was attached
- With antipasti and oil painting, painted
- Operations must be performed only by person skilled!!!
CALCULATION
- Pressure gauge shows the bar
- Bar, does not equal to KG
- Calculation;
- Inner diameter of the tube is measured
- Surface area is calculated-(formula=π.r²)( hydraulic oil pressure in it area)
- 1 bar 1 mm² to 0.1 newton
- 1kğ = 9,81 newton (acceleration of gravity)
Calculate the real power of hydraulic presses
- Surface area = 3,14 cm x 3,24 cm = 10,17 cm² =1017 mm²
- 1017 mm² x 0.1 newton = 101.7 newton ( 1 bar also 1017 mm² area -> The force applied by the hydraulic press )
- 101.7 newton / 9.81 = 10.3 kg
- Result : 1017 mm² surface area of the hydraulic press – 1 bar also the force a exerted, equal ->10.3 kg ;)
